Adam Tyson
Senior Pastor, Elder
Pastor Adam is from Georgia where he worked as a physician's assistant in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery in Savannah for four years. While serving in his local church, he felt an overwhelming desire to pursue the glory of God through theological training and the opportunity to serve the Lord in full-time ministry. Adam had the privilege of attending The Master's Seminary for both an M.Div. (2005) and D.Min. (2013). He served as an associate pastor of student ministries and outreach at a church in Texas for seven and a half years. He has a passion for expository preaching, biblical counseling, missions, and reaching the community of Santa Clarita with the gospel! Adam also serves as an adjunct professor in the Biblical Counseling Department at The Master’s University. Adam is a certified biblical counselor and serves as fellow with ACBC. He is also a fellow with Fortis Institute and the host of the Way of Manhood podcast. He and his lovely wife, Lisa, have been blessed with five children: Anna, Nate, Micaiah, Hudson, and Zoe.
joshua daugereau
administrative pastor, elder
Pastor Joshua grew up in a Christian family all over the world as his dad was in the Navy. After graduating from Bryan College with B.A. in Bible, he spent a year as a church-planting intern in Central Italy. Missions has been a central part of his life as he had already been to Ukraine, Brazil, Tanzania, Mexico and twice to Italy on short term teams in his high school and college years. That year as a church-planter turned into 10 more as a full-time church-planter/pastor in Italy. During that time he met and married his wife Carmela and their 3 daughters (Hannah, Benedetta and Ruhamah) were all born and raised in Italy. In 2012, he stepped off the field to attend The Master’s Seminary in order to be better equipped for the ministry working towards an M.Div (2015) and a Th.M (2018) and is currently in the Ph.D program, all the while serving at Grace Community Church. His desire is to serve the Lord wherever He leads, which has brought him to PBC in 2021.

Patrick grew up in the San Fernando Valley, graduating from Village Christian HS. He then graduated from The Master's University with a BA in History. After teaching and coaching for five years at Village Christian, he went into law enforcement and currently works as a police helicopter pilot. Patrick and his wife, Christina, have been married for 16 years, and they have three children. They are avid Dodger fans; in fact their first date was a Dodger game! Pat's hobbies include camping, fishing, and following USC football and basketball. Pat serves at PBC as our elder board chairman and as the elder who provides oversight to Foundations (Children's Ministry) and small groups.
Todd Kostjuk
Lay Elder
Todd and his wife, Ashley, have been members at PBC since 2005 where they have had the joy and privilege of serving in various ministries throughout the years. As an elder, Todd oversees the finances, provides oversight for the Welcome Team, and helps lead a small group. Todd grew up in Southern California and was saved during his junior year of high school by coming under the intense conviction of his sin before a holy God and realizing his need for Jesus to save him from the wrath of God. He met his incredible wife, Ashley, his first month at The Master's University and they have been married since 1998. They are blessed with two older children. Todd has worked many years in the business world and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and VP of Administration at The Master's University and Seminary, where he also teaches business classes. He enjoys all types of sports (especially the Dodgers), the outdoors, spending time with family, and reading God's Word.

LAY ELDER
Mark has attended PBC since 2011. Prior to that, he attended and served at Grace Community Church. It was there he met and married his best friend, Terah. They have been married since 2005 and have three children. Mark loves investing his time and energy into the church and has a passion to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. He enjoys his coffee black with no cream or sugar, and has a weakness for cookies and milk.
