Although the city of Madrid is a large city and the capital of the country, the culture tends to be very relaxed. The traffic is horrible; even worse than Los Angeles. Larry and Rose Anne are church planters in Madrid. They do this through their church, which has outreach opportunities such as basketball clinics, women's craft classes, seminars, and the like. Lary also teaches in a local Bible Institute, which serves to help train national leadership. Rose Anne has a tremendous gift of hospitality, which allows their door to be open at all times. Larry and Rose Anne have lived in Spain for about thirty-seven years and have served with ABWE for forty years.
